Report from France
First of all, we would like to thank you – also on Dr. Hamer’s behalf – for all the donations we have received; without these a number of things would have been impossible. Dr. Hamer was extradited to France more than six weeks ago, but to this date has neither been able to speak to a lawyer nor to family or friends. The German embassy in Paris dispatched a ”delegation” to see him, though. In our opinion all this constitutes a severe breach of the law: the violation of EU legislation, international laws and a violation of human rights principles. The underlying intention seemed clear: to let the deadline of December 1 pass. In consequence, Dr. Hamer sent a letter to the German embassy on November 25, 2004, to the attention of Ms. Kerstin U. Jäger, 28 rue Marbeau, 75116 PARIS:
Dear Ms. Jäger:
On November 16, 2004, more than a week ago, you paid me a visit. You acknowledged my urgent request to respond to me during the past week on whether France would comply with the conditions of the ”Euro order” by referring the matter back to the court of first instance, as would be obligatory in my case. More than a week has passed by without an answer on your part. We had agreed that the German embassy should take it upon itself to inquire about France’s compliance with the applicable legislation, and that this was not a matter of lawyers.
In the six weeks since my extradition I have been denied permission to consult a lawyer – although both lawyers asked for visiting rights which they have not been granted so far. Only four more working days remain until December 1 in order to submit an appeal at the Cour de Cassation, a date likely aimed at by the French government to delay my case. I had explained all that clearly to you. Come December 1, the French officials will be able to say: ”Well, this is unfortunate, you missed the deadline, now the Cour de Cassation takes over – with no decision expected to be handed down before March 2005.” I will have to stay in prison until then either way. I am sure that by December 1, or maybe right before that day, I will be allowed to speak to a lawyer. It will be too late then. I know from a letter dated October 11, 2004, sent by the Minister of Justice, Perben, to the Comtesse Therese D’Oncieu de la Batie that he was directly involved with my case and that he obviously instructed the prosecuting attorney, Ms. Bensoussan, that France should definitely not comply with the statutes of the Euro order!!
I did not wish to appear impolite during your visit on November 16, therefore I am writing this now: You were accompanied by another lady, dressed in black, whom you didn’t introduce. You did not elaborate on her field of activity either (secret service?). During our 30-minute discussion this lady remained completely silent. I perceive it as disrespectful if you deemed this treatment permissible just because I am imprisoned.
I respectfully ask you to answer my question on the Minister of Justice’s compliance with the statutes of the Euro order without delay. I also ask you to forward the name and the field of activity of the ”Lady in Black” to me.
Sincerely,
Dr. Hamer
Here are additional excerpts of letters written by Dr. Hamer:
•The French are outright crazy. They have managed to withhold from me access to legal resources for six weeks, and now the deadline has passed. France is not a state under the rule of law. Everything is rigged and construed: ”We have doubts… the prince is innocent”…
• I feel I have been buried alive, but my spirit remains undefeated…
• I am happy to receive so much mail. People are quite shaken…
• Please tell everyone how touched I am by their sympathy for my case and thank all of them, also for the generous donations.
• The French thought this would turn out differently: A quick psychiatric number, and over and done with. They never thought that the public in Germany, Austria, Italy would react – this reaction, or else the non-reaction by the media speaks volumes…
• The French, and all others involved in this crime, have manoeuvered themselves into something they will without doubt deeply regret one day…
• This affair is no longer about my person but rather about medicine as a whole, the lodges and…. They play at high stakes although they believe they have the power…
• The French Paracelsius Association has called my arrest an alarming piece of news in its publication and has called upon its members to support my case.
• Greetings to all my friends:
„Traveler, if you go to Sparta,
tell them you have seen us lying here
as the law commands”
Note:
Please be advised once again that only information forwarded by Amici di Dirk of Spain may be regarded as official. We distance ourselves from all other sources.
• Dr. Hamer is not allowed to receive parcels – except two for Christmas, but they will be sent by his partner. All others will be returned to the senders as ”not permitted” by prison management or else will be distributed among prison staff.
• He is equally entitled to a certain amount of money once a month, which is forwarded to him through close friends. It is safe to assume that any money sent to Dr. Hamer by others (and thus exceeding the allowable amount) will end up in the hands of prison staff or other unauthorized persons.
In the meantime, Dr. Hamer’s lawyer in France has initiated appeal proceedings at the Cour de Cassation – despite not having had contact with him. Two other French lawyers have simultaneously submitted documentation at court with the objective of achieving Dr. Hamer’s release. Furthermore and independent of this, an appeal has been filed at the Spanish ”Tribunal Constitucional”.
We sincerely hope that justice will prevail and that Dr. Hamer will be released from prison soon.
