Dr. Hamer letter 27.09.2007
September 27, 2007 Dear Friends of German New Medicine, It should not come as a surprise that I am defending my copyrights of the GNM diagrams. In 2004, shortly after I was arrested, Prof. Niemitz and the self-proclaimed ”Rabbi“ Lenz (Görlitz, Germany) violated my diagram copyrights. After my second challenge, Niemitz apologized, but his journalist buddy Lenz continued his pilferage despite my explicit objection. As a matter of fact, while I was in jail, he repeatedly insisted that I should give him the copyrights. This is what one gets in return for friendly warnings. On December 12, 2004, I wrote from the Fleury-Mérogis jail a letter to the former GNM Association: ”… this is not about my little self. It is about the fact that Mr. Friedman (as his name implies) claims to have made a brand new discovery with the Hamer Foci in the brain, even though Dr. Stangl had written to him that Dr. Hamer had found these already 20 years earlier. And now Fisslinger/Bader, Stemmann, Hinz/Kent, Lenz, etc., are plagiarizing my diagrams, like the scientologists, who added to my diagrams their own copyright label. What these people want is the same as what the French authorities want: break Hamer – re-name the intellectual discoveries of GNM and allow them to slide into conventional medicine without any fanfare. This would conveniently side-step the social consequences of GNM, namely avoiding the question of guilt, so that, with small alterations the mass murder can continue as before! We are surrounded by thieves and Judas-like thugs. And we are faced with the reality - as it happened with all great discoveries - that nobody is more hindering than the discoverer himself, because he disturbs the thieves’ actions…“ Most likely, Rabbi Lenz is directing the most recent diagram copyright violations. In his FAKTuell online forum, Lenz refers to the two-phase-diagram as having been created by Nick Barro. And then there are the copyright violations of Antje Scherret and Harry Holzinger. What puzzles and angers me is that these infringements are not accidental but planned long beforehand. They are done deliberately and are perfectly timed. Stefan Lanka is planning to publish a book together with Nicolas Barro and Antje Scherret. Antje and her team had already contemplated in November 2006 to use the term ”Biological New Medicine“ for their new association, fully aware that the name was legally protected. It is not by accident that they chose the same term as Marco Pfister in Italy. And both Pfister and Lenz keep emphasizing that ”German New Medicine has no therapy“. On December 28, 2004, I wrote in a letter to friends: ”Today, I received good news. I obtained the copyrights for ”Biological New Medicine“! I am so pleased! And ”German New Medicine“ is already protected.“
In France and in French-speaking Canada, the stealing of my intellectual property by Rabbi Sabbah and his accomplices has practically become a religious sport. Monsieur Crèvecoeur has used a complete set of my private photographs for a documentary, without asking me for permission. Afterwards he demanded from me the copyrights of the pictures with the justification that he was saying only positive things about me. I didn’t give him the copyrights. Now he complains and says: ”Claude Sabbah, Gérard Athias, Olivier Soulier, Christian Fleche, Jacques Mertel, and many others have never asked Dr. Hamer for permission; they have stolen his discoveries and represented them as their own.“ In February 2005, I wrote from jail to my friends: ”Bona sent me the fist 55 pages of ”faktor L. New Medicine“, which is just a revamped ”Meta-robber-medicine“ with the usual pattern: Worst of all, Niemitz has written the foreword for this rubbish. Is he really that naive? …“ Consider also the attitude of the ”Evaluation Committee“ in November 2005: Hamer should quickly sign and relinquish all of his rights and copyrights, etc.. This whole mess stinks to high heaven (only really for GNM). Why would I shoot myself in the foot? None of these robbers have discovered anything essential on their own, but they mix it with oncology and homeo-placebo-phantasm. Why would I leave the ”application“ of GNM to my opponents? I can literally smell Scientology & Company. And those fools want to bait me with telling me that I could become a multi-millionaire. Why, I ask? With his legacy, Dirk did not give me the mandate to get rich. If I did, I would be truly disgusted with myself. But our opponents try everything possible to ensnare me. That reminds me of the Olivia movie. One must never sign anything that these robbers are asking! The few years that I am still allowed to walk this globe, I feel much better being poor! I really don’t need a middleman to surrender my intellectual property to, and I don’t need any money for it, because it is the gratuitous property of all patients. But this does NOT mean that every ”Meta“-thief, Scientologist, Fisslinger, Lenz, and Sabbah can steal this property. Yes, our opponents are keeping busy: the name HAMER gets erased and quickly a different terminology is invented [see take-over by NLP]. Lenz seems to think that I am intelligent enough to discover GNM but also dumb and lenient enough to give him all the copyrights. I don’t want to have anything to do with this person. Why should I deal with such a man just because he pretends to be interested in New Medicine (without the ”G“)? Evidently, he has a specific mandate: to get chummy with me to get my copyrights. As a professional journalist he is certainly fully aware about copyright issues. On February 6, 2006, shortly before my release from prison, I wrote to my friends: ”In France, Levy and Rabbi Sabbah wrote a ‘mish-mash book’ about GNM. Fisslinger and Frühling (alias Lenz) did likewise. When I think about it, this kind of psycho-torment is the worst in this concentration camp: I am sitting here, completely defenseless, with my hands literally tied, while all these thieves, racketeers and criminals lay their hands on my intellectual property with impunity.“ So, what do my enemies really want? It is simple: they are stealing on behalf of those who give them the orders - if the thieves and robbers are not themselves the instigators. I would not be surprised if Rabbi Lenz knew from the very beginning precisely when and where I would once again be arrested. And when he writes: Dr. Hamer has a persecution mania of being persecuted by Masons and Rabbis - aside from the ”mania“, this is only too true. When one considers that judges who have prosecuted me were either Rabbis or B’nai B’rith members, or both, and that the last one was even France’s highest-ranking Rabbi who demanded that I surrender German New Medicine to others, then one does not have to look very far to see what exactly Rabbi Lenz wants. Dr. Lanka rumbles: "One cannot copyright discoveries." That is true. I didn’t copyright my discoveries. I merely legally protected the design of the ”law of the two phases of all diseases“ and other diagrams, similarly to protecting a corporate logo – nothing more. My opponents and their mercenaries are after my diagrams and notations in order to invalidate GNM. Barro or Lenz don’t speak of ”German New Medicine“ – but only and always of ”New Medicine according to Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer“. They don’t want to have anything to do with a ”DHS“ (Dirk Hamer Syndrom) or a ”HH“ (Hamerscher Herd). Everything must receive new labels, obviously to undermine and not to help GNM. Antje Sherret is now operating a new online ”Lenz Forum“ (in which, according to her own statement, 80% of all professionals post their comments). Is it not understandable that I don’t want to serve with my name and my picture on a forum against GNM? When Antje, who had already planned in 2006 to use the term ”Biological New Medicine“ (which I had already legally protected), chooses to form an association called ”Society for the Advancement of Biological Medicine“ like Marco Pfister in Italy, who calls it ”Association for Applied Biological Natural Laws“ and who announces at the same time as Lenz / Barro that ”New Medicine“ has no therapy – well, should I just wait until they have everything stolen from me and see German New Medicine ground to an unrecognizable mush – and all that to the detriment of patients? The aim of my opponents is not difficult to discern and, as I said, always follows the same method, one that is also employed by Rabbi Sabbah in Marseille. Between 1984 and 1990, the latter attended at least 20 of my seminars in Chambery. In 1995, he began to ”re-discover“ my discoveries, as one can see from the publication of his organization in Paris. It is always the same: initially, my opponents pretend that they want to help me and that they want to support German New Medicine. Then, some time later, they drop their masks. They are not at all interested in the patients; they ignore the subject of the death of millions and even more that of the murderers because, after all, they are their buddies and patrons. My friends, I have done nothing more than any decent corporate head and any reasonable person would have done. How cunning my opponents act is shown by their strategy: they have announced that if I take the issue to court, they would demand that I appear before court in person. This way I would never be able to make an appearance without being arrested …. Dear friends, fortunately I don’t only have enemies who continue their mean character assassinations. Lucky for me, I have also honorable people behind me who are solely concerned with the welfare of our patients. Whatever may happen: I remain steadfast in my promise to Dirk of passing on his legacy honestly and uncorrupted. To this I will abide until the end of my life. Your Dr. med. Ryke Geerd Hamer
