News from the Paris prison
Dr. Hamer wrote on March 3, 2005:
Something quite incredible happened this morning.
At 4:30 a.m. a guard came to my cell and told me to get up immediately and to pack my belongings because they were going to transfer me (”extradite” me) to Perpignan within 20 minutes. Perpignan enjoys a good reputation among the prisoners because you’re allowed to leave the prison during the day.
But I had a funny feeling that something wasn’t quite right, because I wasn’t allowed to know anything, and because I could be caught by surprise, and maybe this order had something to do with this "notification" (of which I still haven’t received a copy).
I said: "I don’t know of anything. I am not some cattle that you can load on a truck and drive away as you please."
"But it is true", the guard said, "the judge in Perpignan wants to see you."
I replied: "I'm not leaving, I don't know anything of Perpignan."
He returned every 5 to 10 minutes and became increasingly impatient because I wouldn’t get out of bed. Outside the snow was falling heavily, 10 cm accumulation already, the streets a mess, and Perpignan 800 km away.
After the 4th or 5th time he called the guard supervisor who arrived and snapped at me to get up and get ready for my departure.
I said: ”I’m not going because I know nothing.”
”You obey”, he said, ”or the police will get you into that car by force.”
I replied: ”Very well then, they have to tie me up as I am in my pyjamas and you have to carry me to the car. Justice doesn’t exist in this place and I can’t defend myself. But I am not going of my own free will.”
He was constantly talking about this judge in Perpignan who wanted to see me. He then withdrew with his gang, obviously to discuss the matter. After another 15 minutes, a nice Alsatian guard came at around a quarter to six and asked me again if I was sure that I didn’t want to go.
I said: ”Definitely.”
He wanted to know if I would put that in writing.
I answered: ”Of course, right away”, and handed him the paper.
When he had the paper he said that he could tell me the truth now, and that I wouldn’t have gone to Perpignan (the nice prison) but to Chambéry for my release trial.
I asked: ”Excuse me, you mean to say that your cheap little legal tricks were supposed to work on me so that you could drag me to what you officially call a voluntary release trial?”
He merely nodded because he realized that I had understood.
So now the cat was out of the bag: it was about this ”notification” which I had neither been allowed to see nor to keep. I still hadn’t even received this notification. At the time I didn’t have my glasses and it was dark, therefore I refused to sign anything. We had agreed then that the guard would make a copy for me. That was 10 weeks ago. Since that time I have made 9 written and an equal amount of oral complaints, but without success.
And now the notification had resurfaced right on time, on March 3. When the guard mumbled something about extradition I thought I would be brought to Germany. No, they wanted to drag me to Chambéry and make me talk!
The French judicial system is so corrupt and crooked, they only work with tricks and traps.
In fact, I was supposed to be brought to Chambéry on March 3, 2005, although I had already refused the conditional release because I am completely innocent. And you cannot impose release conditions on an innocent person. Apart from that, it would mean the partial acknowledgement of my guilt and that the 6-month stay in the most awful jail in France was completely justified.
Not to mention the other conditions:
A ”bail” of €150,000
- Weekly reports to the police station, and that for 7 years
- No permission to leave France for 7 years
- No permission to talk about anyone about the German New Medicine ever!
But I am completely innocent of this outrageous and fictitious crime.
The intent is obvious: the French authorities are backpedalling to avoid a scandal, the scandal of having extradited me from Spain, against all legal reasoning, and locking me me up innocently.
Dr. Hamer.
So far we have not been able to find out whether Dr. Hamer is still in the prison at Paris or whether he might have been ”abducted” to Chambéry. We will keep you posted regarding these events.
