Alhaurin el Grande, October 24, 2005

Dear Friends of German New Medicine®:

Let me begin by expressing my heartfelt thanks, also on behalf of Dr. Hamer, to all of you who have stood up for Dr. Hamer’s release and the legitimization of German New Medicine® in Heidelberg. We have already forwarded some photos which we think will delight him. Even though there were fewer participants than the last time, the fact remains that we took action by going out into the streets. This is the only way to reach the public and to awaken interest in the GNM and the repression of knowledge for over 24 years, not to mention the injustice Dr. Hamer had to endure on a personal level. Apart from all that it is important to get the ”MINI“- Presentation (Dr. Hamer’s presentation at the Madrid Congress on Cancer Treatment) out there because we need to reach the base. We cannot count on any help from ”above“, however, a protest march every five, six or seven months is not enough. We cannot organize all this from Spain, but we ask you to join forces and schedule protests and information sessions throughout Germany more frequently.

As you will understand after reading the following, it will truly be Dr. Hamer’s only chance.

A ”review”on whether Dr. Hamer might be released earlier took place in the Fleury-Mérogis prison on October 13 – the date marking the serving of half the prison sentence.

Dr. Hamer writes: My enemies have dropped their disguise! Today, October 13, is the day of my ”release review“. It had not looked good for me right from the beginning. They had told this my lawyer earlier, and she said to me: Either you march out of here on August 25 with your head held high or you have to make concessions. The court, consisting of a judge, a recording clerk and the public prosecutor, made it clear from the start to me that the court didn’t have a high opinion of me. Mr. Khan, the prison director, also did not think much of me and was convinced that, once back in Spain, I would continue business as usual, and that this had to be prevented at any cost. They wanted to know in detail what my plans where upon my return to Spain. I replied: I have done nothing wrong. I have not been to France in 13 years and I don’t know any patients in France. I truly do not know what I am accused of….“  They offered early release (for the remaining 10 months) for at least 20 times if I committed myself not to practice any kind of medicine, not to deal with medicine, not to write any books and to withdraw from my publishing company (which I would have had to sign), because all that was apparently done with the instigation to practice the New Medicine in mind. I replied: If I promised what I cannot promise, it would be the equivalent of admitting being guilty, albeit belatedly. I will not do this! Had I signed this ”Versailles verdict”, not only would I have attested to my guilt indirectly and renounced my copyrights and patents, but I would have turned into a characterless and dishonorable traitor, not only of my patients, but also of myself – for 10 months of remission – and what’s worse, I would have left German New Medicine® to their exclusive use. Although my lawyer said that Judge Bessy in Chambery had conceded that the so-called fraud accusation was simply fabricated in order to get Hamer from Spain to France, the judge replied: That does not matter anymore. The verdict is legally binding and that’s that. – I thought I was in the wrong movie. It reminded me of Liptov in Cologne (expl.: the trial in Cologne): I was supposed to do something totally unrelated to medicine only to escape imprisonment. Almost exactly the identical words: I should have nothing to do with medicine, not write books, cut my ties with the publishing company.  And to top it all off: Right before the release review they wanted to implant a microchip. Needless to say that I refused categorically. Our prison director even demanded a psychological treatment. The court left no doubt that an early release was a non-event. However, the final decision is still pending. My lawyer knew that they were playing a game. And to her credit she informed me before the trial took place. But had she told me all I would have refused the trial altogether– just as I refused the chip. They keep wanting the same thing: Get Hamer out of the GNM, then the field would be clear for ....

In that case I’d rather stick it out here in this concentration camp. Of course I am aware of the risk of being ”eliminated“ just before my sentence is fully served, just in case they cannot touch the GNM. But I’d rather die than betray the New Medicine by leaving it at the mercy of our enemies and thus abandoning our patients!

Tell all your friends:

”Wanderer, if you come to Sparta,

tell them that you saw us .....lying on the ground,

just as ordered by the law”

And if someone ask you why I am sitting here, then tell them:

”He put the bell around the cat’s neck!”

Viva la medicina sa grada!

Long live German New Medicine®!

Your Ryke Geerd
