A warning by the Bavarian Cancer Society not to trust German New Medicine and to scare doctors not to practice GNM otherwise there could be "consequences".
A program under the title ”False Promises, was broadcast (and repeated later on) on the German Berlin Brandenburg public TV channel as part of the series ”Kontraste“. This is only the latest of many attempts to systematicall undermine Dr. Hamer's far-reaching medical discoveries.
Erika and Engineer Helmut Pilhar's renewed attempt to interest Amnesty Internation to act in behalf of Dr. Hamer and to exert their influence to affect his release from prison.
Dr. Hamer recapitulates his 25 years of up-hill battle to 'modify' the establishment's stance on denegerative diseases and the appropriate treatment. He denies vehemently that he may have any connection or bias that could be interpreted as 'racial discrimination'. These are the the words of a visionary - a GREAT man - whom we will look up to for generations to come!
Dr. Hamer's words... "I am proud to sit in this dungeon of a concentration camp for the benefit of my patients. I consider my stay here as an honorable imprisonment. We can only admire this attitude and do all we can to bring about a change.
Dr. Hamer recapitulates his sad fate in prison and seems almost resigned to spend the rest of his life in confinement and yet, he urges all sincere GNM 'pupils' and 'teachers' alike to persist and to insist on justice.
Dr. Hamer is asked, point blank, to renounce the German New Medicine. It now seems that, unless he does exactly that, he cannot be helped. That is a sad situation that cries for action by those on the outside.
Dr. Hamer's summary of how he perceives his wrongful incarceration. He discloses certain statements that leave doubt as to his early release. Certain statements by others lead him to believe that he may be in danger to be harmed.
Dr. Hamer eloquently describes his unhumane treatment in the French prison . His treatment is certainlyone of deprivation, chicanery and humiliation and we see how much of our liberty we have already lost in this 'modern' society.
It seems that an early release is not a possibility now. The Amici di Dirk team re-affirms their appeal for protest and action to secure, once again, freedom of speech.

The Five Biological Laws of the German New Medicine presented at the First International Congress on Complimentary and Alternative Medical Cancer Treatment (Madrid 2005).
Description of the important Symposium (May 14/15) Dr. Hamer is supposed to preside over. It is not clear whether he will get a temporay release to host this event.
Another attemprt on the part of the prison authorities to have Dr. Hamer sign a conditional release. This is a fine letter from Dr. Hamer and it shows his buoyant spirit and wisdom.
Another false alarm! It is quite obviously another blow of psycho terror inflicted on Dr. Hamer with the intention of making him go ”crazy” so that they can send him away for a psychiatric evaluation. It could also be that they want to force him into accepting certain conditions.
...It appeared that Dr. Hamer would be released from France’s most notorious prison on Saturday, March 19, 2005 – and that without any conditions imposed on him. This did not happen.
Dr. Hamer requests the Cour de Cassation to refer the trial back to the first instance (as per the statutes of the Euro order) by granting interim injunction. He also requests his immediate release from prison.
